If any of our products or services do not meet your expectation we'll happily give you a refund, where possible, with no quibbles.
Terms and Conditions:
A.1 All development and art works belong to us and domains are transferred back into the control of Devaid Domain Services. Devaid Domain Services will regain the full ownership and copyright.
Transferring a domain back to us may incur a Nominet fee which currently stands at £10 + VAT. This is to be paid by the customer and NOT Devaid Domain Services.
A.2 Any fraudulently use of our services will result in suspension and will not be able to claim back.
A.3 Any trademark, abusive or derogatory names will not be accepted. The definition of abusive or derogatory is at our discretion.
A.4 Unless under special circumstances, this policy does not apply to new domain registrations and SSL certificates after 90 days after purchase date.
A. 5 This policy applies only to customers to are using our development / design
services. Customers who are simply purchasing domain names from us cannot obtain
a refund.
Breach of our
General Terms and Conditions will void the above Money Back Policy.
