Domain Purchase
Payment is to be made within 28 days. Non-payment will result in the name becoming available to buy again.
Unless stated, Nominet Transfer is to be paid by the customer and not Devaid Domain Services.
Domain will be transferred upon payment and payment clearance.
Development and Design Work
All work retains copyright to Devaid Domains Services unless a prior arrangement is made.
All work cannot be used for anything other than personal use, until payment is received in full.
Bug fixes are provided free of charge for lifetime.
Basic support is provided free of charge for 12 months after sign-off
Additional changes which were not included in the original specification are chargeable.
Both the customer and Devaid Domain Services will agree a formal specification before any work is commenced.
